Joel Pawloski Memorial Scholarship Application Released

The Oregon Conservative Caucus is proud to sponsor the Joel Pawloski Memorial Scholarship to be awarded annually in the amount of $1,000. To qualify, you must be a U.S. citizen registered or preregistered as a Republican in the state of Oregon AND entering a credentialled college, university, or trade school for the first time in the fall OR continuing higher education with the goal of finishing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree. Immediate family members of the Board of Directors or the OCC-13 Advisory Board of the Oregon Conservative Caucus are not eligible to apply.
Applications Open: July 1, 2026
Postmark Deadline: August 1, 2026
Mail Completed Application and Supplemental Materials to: 265 50th Avenue Northwest, Salem OR 97304. Applications postmarked prior to the opening date or after the closing deadline will not be considered.
